Collection: Marc Zuckerman

Originally an Exploration Geologist, it was only natural that Marc was drawn to working with the natural resources of New Zealand. Inspired by the rugged West Coast, Zuckerman settled in Hokitika where he began the process of building a home - this inaugurating a desire to be involved in the design & process of woodwork. 

Marc is a self-taught woodcarver working with sustainably managed native timbers & sealing his crafts with food-safe finishes. Marc Zuckerman now works within a small team of talented woodworkers that assist MZ Design Ltd in producing high-quality products.

MZ Design provides The Poi Room with contemporary designed woodware derived from the resources of Aotearoa (New Zealand).
