Choose meaningful gifts
Add individual artworks, jewellery, ceramics, homeware and Gift Voucher options to your registry.
Step 3
Share with your guests
Share your registry link so guests can select a gift or contribute to your Art Fund and complete their purchase online.
Two ways to contribute
Product Registry
Couples can select specific pieces from The Poi Room for guests to purchase directly through their registry.
The registry tracks the quantity requested, purchased and still required.
Art Fund / Gift Voucher
Guests can contribute towards a couple’s future artwork or collection by purchasing an Online Gift Voucher through the couple’s registry.
This gives the couple flexibility to choose a larger artwork, combine multiple contributions, or make their final selection after the wedding.
How to contribute
- Find the couple’s registry.
- Select the Online Gift Voucher listed in their registry.
- Choose your contribution amount.
- Add the couple’s name and your personal message in the cart or order notes.
- Complete checkout online.
If a Gift Voucher is not yet listed in the registry, please contact our gallery team before purchasing so we can help ensure the contribution is recorded correctly.

Our gallery team can assist couples with selecting pieces, building their registry, arranging gift wrapping, and coordinating delivery or collection.

Can we create our own registry online?
Yes. Couples can create and manage their registry online. Our gallery team can also assist with setup and product selection.
How do guests find a registry?
Guests can use the Find a Registry button and search using the details provided by the couple.
How does the Art Fund work?
The couple adds an Online Gift Voucher option to their registry. Guests purchase the voucher through that registry, allowing multiple contributions to be combined towards a later selection.
What happens if a unique item sells before the wedding?
Many pieces at The Poi Room are unique. The gallery team can assist with alternatives, replacements or an Art Fund option where required.
Can guests include a personal message?
Guests can add the couple’s name and a personal message using the cart or order notes during checkout.
