Returns Policy

At The Poi Room, your happiness is our priority, and we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we take great care to ensure the quality of our artworks, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

This policy applies to all returns, for both in-store and online purchases.

Change of Mind Returns: For a change of mind, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we will issue an in-store credit or gift voucher at our discretion.

      For In-Store Purchases: To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original, unopened condition, and presented with the original receipt, exchange card, or other proof of purchase.

      For Online Purchases: You must notify us of your intention to return an item within three working days of receipt of your order. The item must then be received by us within seven working days of your order's receipt. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. The item must be safely and securely packaged in its original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Goods may be returned if they are faulty or unfit for purpose. Where possible, we will offer to repair or replace the goods. If a repair or replacement is not possible, or if the fault is substantial, you are entitled to a refund, in-store credit, or gift voucher, in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refunds will be made to a designated bank account.

Non-Returnable Items: We are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer. There are also no refunds or exchanges on commissioned artworks, sale items, or layby items.
