Mārama - Rimu | Shannon Turuwhenua

levate your living space with Mārama, a breathtaking statement sculpture handcrafted by acclaimed North Waikato artist Shannon Turuwhenua.

Carved from rescued native New Zealand rimu, this evocative piece pays homage to the sacred feminine lunar energies celebrated throughout Māori mythology.

The precision of the hand-carved contours accentuates the warm, golden heartwood and mesmerizing organic grain that only mature native timber possesses.

By transforming reclaimed materials into an exquisite modern taonga, Turuwhenua preserves both precious natural resources and living indigenous culture.
