Lancewood Leaf - Medium

Lancewood Leaf - Medium | Andi Regan

Immerse your interior in genuine New Zealand natural history with this bespoke artwork inspired by our most extraordinary native plant, the horoeka.

Famous for its striking botanical phenomenon of heteroblasty, the tree undergoes a complete physical transformation that baffled early colonial botanists into classifying it as two separate trees.

In Aotearoa tradition, this profound shift in silhouette represents life cycles, inner resilience, and the quiet power of adapting to one's environment.

Every intentional line of this handcrafted piece reflects the architectural grace and wild eccentricity of the native lancewood.

Owning this one-off creation allows discerning collectors to celebrate homegrown innovation and the singular biodiversity of our islands.

Invite the powerful narrative of natural evolution and Kiwi craft into your home today by reserving your exclusive horoeka original now.
