Flight of the Tui

Flight of the Tui | Messini Palace

Invite the breathtaking beauty of New Zealand nature indoors with the Flight of the Tui, a remarkable set of three cast clay sculptures crafted by local artisan Messini Palace.

Designed to mount invisibly against your wall, this vibrant trio creates a stunning illusion of graceful motion and effortless floating.

The contemporary silhouette of each bird is deeply enriched by intricate traditional Māori carving patterns pressed directly into the clay.

Catching the natural daylight, a radiant inlay of authentic paua shell rests at the eye of each Tui, adding a brilliant flash of iridescent color to the composition.
