Based in Ngāruawāhia, Renée Majolien creates bold, iconic New Zealand imagery using the raw, traditional craft of woodblock printmaking.

With an eye for striking compositions, she layers rich textures to capture the unmistakable spirit of the local landscape. 

An Auckland University visual arts graduate and secondary teacher, Renée channels her deep technical skill into creating powerful, narrative-driven prints that are held in private collections both across Aotearoa and worldwide.
