Ambitus River Bones

Part of a series drawn from riverside objects and trees that make up the environment of the Ngaruroro River close to Michele's home. This dry point etching is hand-printed on 300gsm Fabriano paper and from a limited edition of 40.

Michele Bryant is an internationally acclaimed multi media artist based in Pōneke / Wellington, who creates artwork that is themed around identity, locations, and how a decision-making process can be affected by ones sense of belonging. 

Michelle's art often includes Information embedded into the surface texture of the work, detailing the layered thought processes around departures and returns.
