Hand-carved from a substantial piece of pounamu, its simple, rectangular form is a bold statement. The stone is bound in a traditional woven rope, a lashing that not only secures the piece but also adds to its rugged, authentic character.

Notches carved along the bottom edge give the pendant a unique history and texture.
