Pirihira Hall, an artisan deeply rooted in Rotoiti, New Zealand, found her calling amidst the abundant natural resources she once viewed as commonplace.

With weaving an inherent part of her family's heritage a skill shared by her mother and sisters. Pirihira’s own involvement felt less like a choice and more like a destined journey towards profound understanding.

"This magical corner of the world is where my heart truly lies," Pirihira expresses. "My weaving is simply an act of love. It’s the entire process, from the humble flax bush to its exquisite, raw fibres, quietly transformed by hand into something truly unique.
