Returns Policy
Goods may be returned to the Poi Room only if they are defective, unfit for purpose or do not match the sample provided.
Any returns or refunds may only be obtained when proof of purchase has been provided.
The Poi Room reserves the right repair or replace goods being returned unless damaged in transit by the poi Room or it’s carriers.
Goods must be returned to the Poi Room within 14 days of purchase, products will not be accepted for return after 14 days.
Goods must be returned in a saleable condition, we will not accept returned goods that have been damaged by the client.
In the first instance we shall offer an in store credit valid for 12 months. The Poi Room dose not issue cash refunds. If a monetary refund is agreed upon the funds will only be transferred into a Bank account.
Products specifically procured or commissioned on behalf of the client will not be accepted for return.
Damaged or faulty merchandise
If your goods are received in a damaged or defective condition The Poi Room will either issue an exchange or refund the item upon its return. We ask that you sign and check all goods on receipt as we can not be held responsible once the chain of custody is broken. The Poi Room will cover any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
